Orders Acceptance Policy
Your order confirmation receipt does not signify our acceptance of your order. Country Lane Fabrics reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Credit Card Payment
We use a secure payment gateway, PayPal, to process payments. Country Lane Fabrics does not charge a surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number. This information must be the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
Provided that the product ordered is in stock, shipping time for most orders will be 1-4 business days. Orders will not be processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, or major holidays.
We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive, please allow 6 -14 business days for shipping. Consider any transit or shipping time offered to you by Country Lane Fabrics only as a general estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
We care about your satisfaction as our customer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every product we sell is carefully inspected before being shipped to your door, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full merchandise refund within 15 days of receipt. If you need to return an item, please call 717-201-2887 for assistance. Unless we determine the product to be defective as a result of the manufacturer or our error, all shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Country Lane Fabrics shall automatically charge the applicable sales tax for Pennsylvania customers. For orders shipped to other areas, the purchaser is solely responsible for all sales, customs, duties taxes and/or other taxes.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
